We're an independent publishing company dedicated to supporting transgender, gender nonconforming, nonbinary, and queer creators. We know there are incredible stories being written every day that don't always find a place in traditional publishing. We want to help change that.

Whether it's poetry, memoir, fiction, art, hard science or something that doesn't fit neatly into a category, we're interested in work that is authentic, thoughtful, and true to the person who created it. We believe the best books don't just tell stories—they help people feel seen, start conversations, help us grow and remind us that we're not alone.

More than anything, we want Trans Verse Press to be a place where our community can share their voices, celebrate who they are, and find stories that feel like home. We're proud to publish books that reflect the richness, resilience, and creativity of transgender and queer lives, and we hope every book we put into the world helps someone feel a little more connected.
